Active Hero provides 3 levels of workout. Beginner, Moderate and Advanced. 

If you are new to working out the beginner level is perfect for you.  

If you are getting back into working out, moderate is a nice fit.

If you are a seasoned workout guru, take on the advanced level and you will feel right at home.

Active Hero is a one-time purchase with no subscription needed ever.  

The workout is game based allowing you to complete the program, get achievements and calculate your score. You can then begin the program again while trying to beat your previous high score.  

Active Hero is unique in that it focuses on using functional exercises with no special equipment needed.

This allows you get your workout done around the house while taking care of your daily responsibilities.

You can complete your daily workout in small intervals throughout the day or get it all done at once.  Whichever works for your lifestyle.

Active Hero is also game based motivating you to complete your workout and other fitness goals.  The better you do with completing these goals, that more success you will see in the daily game.

Workouts can be completed in about 30 minutes per day.  These 30 minutes can be spread out into micro workouts throughout your day or done all at once.

If you are busy like we are, we suggested doing the workouts as micro workouts throughout your day as time allows. 

For example, If I have 3 kids at home and I am making lunch, I could get in a micro legs workout while prepping. All of our workouts are segmented to give you the best opportunity to take advantage of microworkouts.

No, you do not need any special equipment. All of our workouts are based on functional strength training and require no additional equipment.

While we do tier our workouts for several ability levels you should always check with your doctor before beginning any strenuous fitness activity.

Yes! Some of our community players have chosen to print their personal copy of Active Hero at a retail printing company. This is totally fine. Thank you for not sharing the files and only printing copies for your personal use

Our creative community of players have a number of alternatives to printing.

Some folks use a tablet and stylus combined with software like Procreate (iPad) or OneNote (Microsoft Surface).

You can also take your files to a retail printer or library.
